Dr. Williams became my dentist in 2020 after my dentist of 15 + yrs retired. I've always been a little nervous when seeing a new dentist. Dr. Williams has proven to be a patient, caring, gentle and capable dentist! I would highly recommend him! His staff and assistants are great, and Suzanne is the best hygienist I've ever had, she is truly special!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Scott and his team. When I experienced dental distress, they managed to work me in today despite my crazy schedule, not to mention the winter weather! They diagnosed and treated the issue quickly, and I experienced IMMEDIATE relief. My dental hygienist (Judy) is hands down the most knowledgeable hygienist I have ever worked with, giving me practical and useful advice on how to better brush and floss. Her suggestions really work for me and I look forward to seeing her again at my next cleaning! The front office is helpful and most importantly, they REALLY CARE! I really appreciate everyone at Ascent Family dental; They offer superb service and friendly, reliable service!

I have always been embarrassed to visit the dentist because of my smile and problem with bad breath. But Dr. Williams went out of his way to make sure I get the best care possible and made me feel so comfortable!! Wanted to help me and actually cared about my mouth and smile and what happens to me! Jennifer was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable! And Crystal took the time to explain to me my bad insurance which no one has done. Everyone took their time and I didn't feel rushed at all! They make you feel important!! Thank you!!

Not everyone is born with a beautiful smile. I was always feeling shy about my teeth and look overall. The previous dental office also made me feel guilty that I have never tried enough to improve my smile. And that does not help your confidence at all. But not the Ascent team, they went above and beyond to help me understand my options without making me feel guilty for not doing something. Dr. Williams selected the best option for me, and the office staff helped me to understand the cost of it. I love my smile now! I thought I had to go to another dentist due to my insurance changing. I had such a horrible experience that I left in tears and stopped by Ascent Family Dental on my way home to see what I could do to stay with the practice. They were so helpful and accommodating. They made phone calls to my insurance on my behalf and even gave me a tissue to wipe away the tears. These are great people and such a great practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if I have to pay extra out of pocket. That's saying something.

All very professional, courteous, and kind. Office staff noted to thoroughly explain insurance and out-of-pocket costs to patients. They bill the patients first... not taking money blindly like others I have dealt with. Suzanne, the hygienist is the best, uses the tests and technology to identify the problem. Dr. Williams has a great chairside manner.

I love the Ascent Family Dental team! Jennifer, the new hygienist, is excellent and gentle. Dr. Williams, as always, is an expert, and I trust him to guide me with my rather complex dentistry issues. Lisa was also very helpful with coordinating insurance and explaining the prices. I also so much appreciate office transparency about prices and it helps me to know what to expect. I highly recommend Ascent Family Dental.

Dr. Williams and his staff are friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. The office has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been to many dentists in my life, but this is the first time I’ve found one that I want to stick with.

All of my visits have been top-notch. The entire staff is friendly, and Laura is an absolute star! She’s efficient in her work and clear with her explanations. Dr. Williams is pleasant, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I’ve been seen right on time for each appointment, too. I appreciate that they respect my time.

Our Family of 7 loves Ascent Family dental. They are very kid-friendly and have a relaxed atmosphere. I believe this is why my kids have no problem at all going to the dentist. We've gone through a few dentists over the years and this has been our favorite.😁
