I thought I had to go to another dentist due to my insurance changing. I had such a horrible experience that I left in tears and stopped by Ascent Family Dental on my way home to see what I could do to stay with the practice. They were so helpful and accommodating. They made phone calls to my insurance on my behalf and even gave me a tissue to wipe away the tears. These are great people and such a great practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if I have to pay extra out of pocket. That's saying something.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Scott and his team. When I experienced dental distress, they managed to work me in today despite my crazy schedule, not to mention the winter weather! They diagnosed and treated the issue quickly, and I experienced IMMEDIATE relief.
My dental hygienist (Judy) is hands down the most knowledgeable hygienist I have ever worked with, giving me practical and useful advice on how to better brush and floss. Her suggestions really work for me and I look forward to seeing her again at my next cleaning!

Not everyone is born with a beautiful smile. I was always feeling shy about my teeth and look overall. The previous dental office also made me feel guilty that I have never tried enough to improve my smile. And that does not help your confidence at all. They bill the patients first... not taking money blindly like others I have dealt with. Suzanne, the hygienist is the best, uses the tests and technology to identify the problem. We offer all general dentistry services to the Greeley community that you need to keep you and your family’s teeth healthy, happy, and pain-free.
Just as your primary care doctor manages your overall health needs, as family dental professionals we will oversee all of your dental needs. We start with preventive services like dental exams and cleanings to protect your smile and offer restorative dentistry like fillings, crowns, bridges or implants to correct any issues that arise.
As technology advances, Ascent Family Dental can provide continuously improved care for our patients. These innovative developments enable us to identify oral concerns earlier, maximize your comfort, and significantly speed up the recovery process.
During our regular scheduled work hours, if you are in dental pain, and it is a true emergency we should be able to resolve most dental emergencies on the day of or within 24 hours. For true emergencies that arise on the weekend, our patients can reach Dr. Williams at our after-hours phone number. Please call the office for help and information.
We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and work with CareCredit®, so you can get the care you need when you need it.
We offer a 5% discount for cash payments and a 3% discount for credit card payments when you pre-pay for treatment in full and have a layaway plan which allows patients to prepay for treatment in monthly installments.
DR. SCOTT WILLIAMS
Dr. Williams grew up in Utah and received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, before attending Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

We can submit to most dental insurance companies on your behalf. We are a Preferred Provider for most Aetna, Anthem Cigna, Delta, and Dental Health Alliance Plans. It is our goal to help you better understand your dental benefits to eliminate financial surprises.
We will discuss all cost and payment options with you to make sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan and answer any questions you have before the start of treatment.
